Refund Policy


Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?
We hope you love your order. However in the unlikely event you wish to return an item we have a 14-day return policy. All returns must be sent back to us in the same condition that you received it, in their original packaging to prevent any damages in transit. The item must be unused and undamaged so that it can be sold again.

How to make a return:
To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note, it is your responsibility to return the item to us. The cost of returning your item to us is at your own expense. We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

I have received a damaged/ faulty item
We are truly sorry if all or part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email as soon as you can and please supply us with photos of the damage. Please send your email to along with your order number so we can look into this and arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and hygiene items such as straws and cutlery.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Have you received my return?
Please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to be returned to Adore Decor. We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
